For most commercial property owners as long as the basics are done they are happy, but with a home owner, the less work carried out means more cleaning for them to do themselves. This somewhat negates the whole idea of having a cleaner. They want their home to be pristine and clean when they return home after a long days work. To see areas that have been missed or not cleaned properly can make an expensive exercise.
So the biggest difference between commercial and domestic cleaning is the payment. The commercial world pays for their cleaning because it is a necessity. Laying and Maintaining a Lawn

Lawns are still very much part of the English garden. Whether they are as pristine as a bowling green or merely a space for children to play, the lawn has an important role to play in the design of a garden. Most of us with lawns are content for them to look green and lush and neatly mowed. Keeping the perfect lawn is not always at the top of our garden priority list. And it's OK not to mind if our lawns have the odd patch of moss or a weed or two. Whether you are after perfection or just a healthy looking patch of grass, there are some basic tasks to consider when keeping a lawn. You can rigorously adhere to all of them, or just pick the ones that keep your lawn looking just how you want it.
Laying a lawn
There are two ways to lay a new lawn or patch up a section of lawn - seed or turf. There are pros and cons to both. Grass seed is slower growing, prone to being eaten by birds and you have to keep off of it for longer. However, it is quicker and easier to sow and definitely the better option for filling in patches. With turf you have instant grass, although you need to keep off it for a while until it is established. But turf is also slower and more difficult to lay and is on the whole, more expensive.
If you are sowing a lawn from seed, choose a seed that is right for the purpose. For instance, if your lawn is primarily for children to play on, then choose a rye mix that is hardier and will withstand a lot of wear and tear. The best times to sow grass seed are in September when the ground is still warm but not too wet, or March when the ground is beginning to warm up again.
You can lay turf at any time of the year except when the weather is frosty. Make sure you buy good quality turf that is at least two inches thick. Turf should be laid as soon as it is delivered, otherwise it can turn yellow. With both methods, the area laid to lawn should be kept moist at all times and you should avoid walking on it until it is well established.
Lawn care
If a perfect lawn is your aim, you will have to work at it. If not, you can probably get away with fairly regular mowing and a feed once or twice a year. When mowing, avoid cutting the grass too short or you will encourage moss to grow. A little and often is the best way. Also change your mowing pattern as this will create a more even growth of grass. If you are going to water your lawn, make sure you water it thoroughly. A little water even when done regularly, will not make any difference. In March and then again in October you will need to rake and aerate your lawn. Raking will remove any moss, while scarifying it with a spiked roller or piercing with a garden fork will help your lawn to breath and aid growth.
Don't allow autumn leaves to gather and decay on the lawn, but sweep them up as soon as they fall. Common lawn weeds such as dandelion and dock can be removed by hand or with a spot weedkiller. If you are removing these weeds by hand be careful to remove the whole of the long tap root or the plant will re-grow. Finally, feed your lawn with potash and phosphates in the autumn, and nitrogen in spring, to keep it growing lush and healthy.

Try to avoid a square shaped lawn, curves are much more appealing and soften the planting either side. Long narrow lawns make stunning features with large garden planters such as urns or statues placed at one end to give perspective and draw the eye.

Door Hangers: Door hangers are a great way to get new clients. Pick the neighborhood you would like to work in and hang the door hangers on the doors. When people get flyers or ads in their mailbox they usually throw them away with the junk mail. But if there is a door hanger on the door they will take the time to look at it.
Business Cards: Start passing out your business cards to friends and family members. You can also ask your local businesses if you can leave some cards on their counters.
Referral Program: A great way to obtain new clients is through a referral program. Offer existing clients a discount when they refer a friend. You can give your existing clients a discount when the friend uses your services three times.

What to Charge I mentioned earlier that you should sell your services on your quality of work and not your low rates. If your rates are too low, clients will think that your work is sub-standard and that you are not experienced. Also you want to attract the clients that can afford your services. I made the mistake of pricing my work too low when I first started out. Cleaning is hard work, charge what you are worth. As the old saying goes "You get what you pay for."
Some companies charge by the hour, some charge by the room, some charge a flat rate per home and some charge by the square foot. I think it is better to charge by the home, not by the hour. If a client knows they have to pay one set fee, they don't care if you take 2 hours or 5 hours. Also your clients will know what they are paying up front and won't have to worry about added expenses.
No two houses are the same. And there is no set charge for all homes. You have to clean for awhile yourself to get some experience and to work out a system to clean efficiently. Only you know what you want and need to make. Decide what you need to make hourly to cover all expenses and still make a good profit.
A word of advice: Make sure when you start your company that you charge what you would charge if you had employees. Some people make the mistake of under charging when they start out just to get customers and then later on when they grow and need to hire help they aren't making enough money on their houses to pay help. Don't under price your work. Cleaning homes is very hard physical work and you didn't get into this business to work for nothing.

Liability insurance rates depend on your insurance carrier and where you are located. Each person you hire will increase your liability insurance. It's well worth the cost. You can pay quarterly or yearly. You can purchase your bond through your local insurance company. You will need to renew the bond every year. *Note: if you hire employees and cover them under your insurance, they must be an employee on payroll and not a sub-contractor. Train her and let her take your place one day a week. Then have her take your place 2 days a week and so on. Remember one of the most important qualifications for a cleaning service is TRUST. A client has to know they can trust you alone in their home. The word astronomy literally means "law of the stars" (or "culture of the stars" depending on the translation) and is derived from the Greek, astronomia, from the words (astron, "star") and (nomos, "laws or cultures"). The Earth was believed to be the center of the universe with the Sun, the Moon and the stars rotating around it. The distance to a star was first announced in 1838 when the parallax of 61 Cygni was measured by Friedrich Bessel. Historically, accurate knowledge of the positions of the Sun, Moon, planets and stars has been essential in celestial navigation. Modern astronomy has also discovered many exotic objects such as quasars, pulsars, blazars, and radio galaxies, and has used these observations to develop physical theories which describe some of these objects in terms of equally exotic objects such as black holes and neutron stars. Theoretical astronomers use a wide variety of tools which include analytical models (for example, poly tropes to approximate the behaviors of a star) and computational numerical simulations.

During the 1990s, the astrometric technique of measuring the stellar wobble was used to detect large extra solar planets orbiting nearby stars. A solar wind of plasma particles constantly streams outward from the Sun until it reaches the helio pause. The solar system is subdivided into the inner planets, the asteroid belt, and the outer planets. The solar system has been relatively well-studied, initially through telescopes and then later by spacecraft.
Astronomy isn't cheap, but it is rewarding. Astronomy is the study of everything outside of the earth's atmosphere and their chemical and physical properties. Astronomy was clearly a subject of major practical importance in sorting out the mess of these calendars and so observations began to be made to enable better schemes to be devised. Astronomy is a science that studies everything outside of the earth's atmosphere, such as planets, stars, asteroids, galaxies; and the properties and relationships of those celestial bodies.
